Hi all,

Here are new custom SAKs. First a Climber with briar root scales :

And in a different style a pruning knife, with deer antler scales :

Hi all,

Here are my latest custom SAK.

First a one blade (like the Excelsior) with snakewood scales :

The blade, spring (inside/outside) and liners have fileworks.

A Climber with amboina burl scales, and a combination of fileworks :

A Nomad with kudu horn scales and fileworks :

And the hardest to do, a Classic SD with buffalo horn scales with brass inlays. All piŔces have fileworks :

Beautiful scales, I like so much your works!!!
Do you put rivets because you have stripped down the whole knife because of the fileworks?
Do you have any tutorial /step by step instructions about re-reveting the SAKS?
Could be my next step :)
Thanks you Michel for sharing

Thanks Maurizio. Yes, the standard assembling is an industrial solution for an easy replacement of the scales. When the disassembling is needed for fileworks it is better to re-assemble the knife with the traditional technics. It's much like older SAKs. I'll try to give you step by step instructions.
